Association president Brett Gallaway and his wife Michelle love coming up to our contest from Texas to take in all that BC has to offer. The Association has also contributed extra cash for our Canadian SCA Steak Champion to help the winner make the trip to Dallas and compete in the World Steak Championships in Fort Worth Texas!The PNWBA is our sanctioning body that oversees the judging and coordination of The BC BBQ Championships. They are also a sponsor of the event by making a contribution for our Kids’ Q ginormous trophies. They also believe in encouraging a whole new crop of BBQ Pitmasters.
